Frequently asked questions

Explore key details about our caregiving philosophy, safety measures, onboarding process, and payment options to give your family complete peace of mind.

Can I trust someone to care for my loved one the way I would?

Absolutely. We carefully select caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to treating every client with dignity and respect. We build relationships based on trust and provide care as if your loved one were a member of our own family.

Will my loved one be safe at home?

Safety is our highest priority. Our caregivers follow established care plans, monitor for changes in condition, promote fall prevention, and maintain a safe home environment. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in caring and capable hands.

Will my loved one be treated with kindness and respect?

Every client deserves to feel valued, heard, and respected. We take the time to learn each client's preferences, daily routines, and personal needs so they receive care that supports their independence and preserves their dignity.

What does the onboarding process look like from the first call?

The process begins with an initial consultation and a friendly conversation. We take the time to listen, learn about your loved one's specific needs, and determine the exact level of support required before establishing an individualized care schedule.

What payment methods do you accept, and do you take Medicare?

At this time, we accept private pay via checks and credit cards. We do not currently accept Medicare. However, we are actively exploring enrollment and partnership opportunities with Medicare and other healthcare programs to expand coverage options in the future.

What happens if I need help or have concerns along the way?

We are here for you every step of the way. Open communication is essential to our approach. Families can reach out at any time with questions, concerns, or updates to care needs, and we will respond promptly and compassionately.
